Wiki1001 is a directory of wikis around the world, where you will find great wikis beyond Wikipedia. Wiki enthusiasts can discover wikis of their interests while wiki organizers can promote their wikis.
True to the wiki spirit, Wiki1001 is also a wiki ... anyone can edit our wiki directory list. This makes Wiki1001 a wiki of wikis!
We also provide a forum for wiki enthusiasts to discuss all things wiki.
What we are not ... We do not provide software to run a wiki (see Wikipedia for a list of wiki software). We do not provide wiki hosting services (see Wikipedia for a list of hosted wiki service providers).
